Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. The Swedish Electronic Communications Act also covers similar technologies that store or access information on your device. Prior consent is generally required unless the technology is used solely to transmit a communication or is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested.
Cookies on this website
The website's application code does not set cookies or use browser storage for visitor identifiers. It does not implement audience analytics, advertising or marketing tracking.
The navigation software uses session storage in your browser to remember scroll positions between pages (under the key tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3). This supports page navigation rather than identifying visitors or measuring audiences, and is cleared when the browser's page session ends.
The current preview is provided through Lovable and may include platform functions that are separate from the website's own code. Cookies and similar technologies on the eventual public website must be checked in that hosting environment before this notice is finalised. A hosting cookie is not automatically exempt from consent merely because it is described as technical.
Web fonts
All fonts are hosted locally and delivered with the website. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or another external font provider to load them.
Changes
If we introduce non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. Questions: info@privatelawsweden.com.
Preview notice – updated 17 October 2026. Public-hosting checks remain outstanding.
